Covid-19 CORONAVIRUS

In response to ongoing concerns of the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) we have implemented the following policies until further notice. Due to these policies, availability may be limited and we ask for your patience and understanding as we work diligently to reduce this threat to our guest’s and staff. Currently there are no known cases in our area and we continue to monitor the situation closely. Townsend’s unique location and low population may very well limit risk, so we are asking all our guests to be aware of your own environment and health prior to travel.

Upon check out all guest rooms will be closed for an extended period prior to check in of incoming guests to allow our staff to implement the following cleaning and disinfectant procedures to reduce the threat of coronavirus strains including (COVID-19).

-Clean and disinfect all surfaces, light switches, remotes, doorknobs, drawer handles, etc…

-Clean and disinfect all A/C filters

-Filter room air environment with air purifier and UV light

-Sanitize and disinfect all linens during wash cycle

*In addition to these procedures all common areas will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized throughout the course of each day.

Again, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we all work together to stem the spread of this virus. We will continue to take whatever steps that are necessary to protect your health and address your concerns while working diligently to provide accommodations and availability to all our guests who wish to come and enjoy our beautiful mountains.
